You can pay for sessions in one of two ways:

• Using insurance: I am an in-network provider with BCBS, the NC State Health Plan (for teachers and state employees), and Aetna.

• Paying out of pocket: My standard fee is $170 per session. I believe that therapy should be accessible to all income levels, so talk to me if you are in need.
